Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days for online orders. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that in-store purchase return policies may vary.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@coatopia.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return label and further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@coatopia.com for further assistance.
